ROMI WHOLESALE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") operates the Romi Perks app and associated services. By using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our app. Users under 18 may use the app only with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not create an account or use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All orders placed through the app are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Loyalty stamps, points, and subscription benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time.
Stamp Card & Daily Coffee Plan. Our stamp card rewards you with one free coffee for every 6 coffee purchases. Daily Coffee Plan subscribers do not earn a stamp when claiming their free daily subscription coffee, because that coffee is already included free as part of the subscription. Stamps are only earned on coffees you pay for, including coffees purchased with a voucher or discount code, or the 50%-off additional coffee benefit. This ensures subscribers do not accumulate an extra free coffee on top of their daily plan. Once you cancel your subscription, all future paid coffee purchases will resume earning stamps as normal.
Any tip you choose to add through the app is entirely optional. 100% of all tips go directly to our staff — none of the tip amount is retained by ROMI WHOLESALE LIMITED. Tips are distributed among the team members working at the location where your order was placed. Tips are non-refundable once the order has been completed.
Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and must be presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
All content within the app — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of ROMI WHOLESALE LIMITED and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROMI WHOLESALE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
