The ROMI Daily Coffee Plan is a monthly subscription priced at £42.00. The first payment of £42.00 is taken on the date you sign up via the payment method provided at checkout. Subsequent payments of £42.00 are then collected on the same calendar date each month (the monthly anniversary of your sign-up). Your subscription includes one free reusable KeepCup (worth £30.00), available to collect from any ROMI café. Simply let our staff know you are a subscriber and they will mark it as collected on your account. Cancellation is available after your first payment has been processed. To cancel, visit the Rewards section of the app and select "Cancel subscription." Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your daily coffees until then.
If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, you are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. This means you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank if a payment is taken in error. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when we ask you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
Subscribers are entitled to one (1) free coffee selection per weekday (Monday to Friday), available during café opening hours. Entitlements are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be carried over to the following day. The offer applies to any coffee selection with any milk of your choice. It does not apply to premium add-ons, food, or merchandise. If you do not claim your free coffee before the café closes on a given weekday, your free coffee entitlement for that day is forfeited. The free coffee cannot be claimed retrospectively or carried over to another day.
The ROMI stamp card awards one stamp per eligible coffee purchase. Every 6 stamps entitles you to one free coffee from our selection. Stamps have no cash value and are non-transferable. ROMI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the stamp card programme at any time with reasonable notice. Coffee beans (loyalty points) are awarded on purchases made through the app. These may be redeemed against future purchases subject to the terms in force at the time of redemption.
Auto Delivery is a recurring subscription for home coffee delivery. By signing up, you authorise ROMI to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly or bi-monthly basis as selected. You may cancel at any time before your next order is processed. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app and create an account. Users between 13 and 18 may use the app only with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not create an account or use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ROMI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to misuse of subscription entitlements or stamp card manipulation.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection of usage data including mood check-ins, order history, and preferences. This data is used solely to personalise your experience and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
ROMI reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
